ABOUT ME AND MY TEAM

I am a Realtor® , Designer, Sales Representative of Manufacturers and Importers of Construction & Design Products, Entrepreneur and Computer Programmer who loves studying and working hard to deliver excellence!

My strongest skills throughout my career and personal life has always been to envision, solve and lead. To mention few accomplishments... I have been awarded with the highest Mathematics award (Gold medal High School), Leadership (Presidency of Students Council and Director of a Condominium Board), and Vision (One of the Top Three Catalyst Visionaries 2017 by the Toronto Region Board of Trade).

2005 was a defining year because I had the life-changing idea to start my own business of DWM dwmdesigns.ca switching from the corporate field! It has been a never-stopping amazing experience of continues growth and great achievements. This marvellous journey has been possible by higher training, hard work and the alliance with outstanding team players such as Ian DeSouza (my husband of 32 years who is an Accountant and Flooring & Lighting Manufacturer’s Sales Representative for approximately 25 years ian.desouza@bell.net, Nathan DeSouza (my son who is a highly experienced General Contractor-Former Blue Jay Draftee), Jessica DeSouza-Duckett (my daughter-in-law who is a Honours graduate of Interior Design) desouzabuildanddesign.com, and my daughter Christina Haines-DeSouza who is a Honours Graduate in Business and Former Real Estate Officer of the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.

We have a tremendous wealth of knowledge and capabilities as a team for which we feel blessed. Our greatest motivation when working is to accomplish tasks in the most honest and dedicated way possible to honour Ethics and Trustworthiness in a world were deep values are always a challenge to find.

Our business have grown and continue to grow day by day... We truly look forward towards moving UP without ever stopping until the last day of our wonderful journeys passing the torch to the younger generations for them to thrive as well.
